What We Do
We provide a nationwide collection and processing service for end of life tyres, excavator tracks and conveyor belts.
We take pride in our sustainable approach to material collection and recycling. Our dedicated fleet of vehicles, ranging from 3.5T vans up to 44T walking floor vehicles ensure an efficient collection service. The material undergoes advanced processing at our state-of-the-art shredding facility, resulting in the creation of tyre-derived fuel (TDF). This innovative fuel serves as a clean alternative to coal in cement kilns, contributing to a greener future.

How It Works
TDF PRODUCTION: 50-200mm shred primarily used as a viable alternative to fossil fuel

Prepare material for shredding

Load material into 50-200mm shredder

50-200mm tyre shred loaded onto granulation process

Rubber Products
Our recycling process produces rubber crumb in three size variants, 20mm, 6mm and 2mm.

Steel Wire
We mechanically separate steel wire from the other materials, so that it can be reused.

Textile
Textiles are extracted at multiple stages throughout our recycling process.

Tyre Disposal Options
Shredding Tyres For Energy Production
Tyre derived fuel (TDF) is produced by shredding and granulating end of life tyres. The rubber can be used as an alternative fuel in cement kilns, pulp mills and other uses. Using TDF as an alternative fuel, there is a reduction in the use of fossil fuels and CO2 emissions, and an increase in sustainability. It is estimated that the cement industry alone consumes 350 million tonnes of coal equivalent fossil and alternative fuels.
Retreading Tyres
Retreading gives suitable tyres a new start in life once the original tread is worn away. It is a modern, hi tech process with a long pedigree in efficiently managing scarce resources.
Today’s product embodies the latest in materials science and manufacturing technology to deliver performance in almost all respects equal to the original tyre. Strict regulation and rigorous quality control ensure that the customer can buy with confidence. So much so that 80% of civil airliners are fitted with retreaded tyres.
